Sorry to say that the Gmod server is now taken down and replaced with Roleplay. But since you're applying for Mod and my job is to review applications. In the question "Why do you think you fit for that position?" Your answer is "I can tell peoples how the rules work." It's easy to that, so what if they did not follow the rules?
